To better understand what we do please read this

Lets say you have 2 companies that sell gasoline, both are fine companies. Texaco sells gas and you buy gas and then leave. If your car breaks down you take it to a repair center to get fixed. Exxon-Mobil also sells but with them if your car breaks down  they will repair it for free. I mean Engine, Transmission, Tires, Windshield Wipers, Windows and even your power seats. Now which gas station would you go to? The one that will sell you gas and if something happens tell you to take it some where else or the gas station that will service the vehicle at NO charge to you just for purchasing their gas. I personally like saving money and I am going to Exxon– Mobil.

Now lets translate that to printer repair, if you were to buy our toner under the contract we will repair all listed but not limited to Scanner, Formatter, Engine Control Board, Rollers and Transfer Rollers.

We also come out once a year to do a Preventative Maintenance on all machines covered under your contract at no extra charge. Please see services to see a detail description of what you get.
