How it Works

In this section just follow the (6) easy steps to getting your free printer repair service.

 

 

1. Decide that you would like to same money.

2. Get model number and serial number.

3. Call the toll free number 1-888-517-2896 ask for enrollment department. Give them all your information.  Or goto www.cc-ps.com and sign up there. Someone from the enrollment department will contact you.

 

4. Depending on the model of your printer you will need to purchase either 1 or 3 toners before the free repairs will begin. Customer must continue to purchase toner to maintain free repairs. Printer must be in working order before you can get an extended warranty.

 

5. Out of town customers can ship there printers in for repair and we will pay for the return freight.

      

 

6. If  you are in need of repair call 1-888-517-2896 and ask  for the repair department. Provide the operator with the special number given to you for your unit and  a tech will be dispatched to repair it. In some cases a loaner printer will be provided.
