Our techs take time out one a week to update themselves and sharpen their skills. We put them through simulated customer problems so they can efficiently meet your needs. 3.) Question- How can I get free printer repair?

      Answer- Its very simple, first you have to call 888-517-2896.  We will  ask you some very simple questions. You need to provide the following brand name, model number, serial number and type of cartridge your machine uses. Its that simple.

4.) Question- Is there a certain amount of toner that I have to purchase?

      Answer - Yes there is. Depending on the model and how much you print. In most cases you have to purchase a minimum of 3 toners in a years time for small low end printers (personal printers). Some of the larger size printers like the 4100 type of machines there is minimum of 5 toners a year. This can be discussed with the account executive assigned to your account.
