Prevent-13 is a value- added program offered by Complete Computer & Printer Solutions.  The intent of the program is to eliminate any dangers that pose a threat to the productivity of your printer. The Prevent-13 program is designed to extend the life of you printer, while maintaining your printer’s productivity and reliability. Our technicians are trained to keep your printer operating at peak performance and to offer you peak print quality.

The Prevent-13 Elite program eliminates the hidden costs associated with consumable parts that are not covered by a standard annual service contract.

Complete Computer & Printer Solutions  is proposing that this program may be for you. The Elite program is an annual printer warranty that includes all parts and service for the term of one year.

It also includes consumable items that are typically not included in other annual service plans. Items included in the ELITE plan are fuser exchanges as necessary, separation pads, feed rolls and other devices that are considered to be consumable items.

Items not covered in the annual ELITE printer warranty are maintenance kits that are used in non- Canon based engines. The 8000 and HP 5000 are non-Canon based engines and commands an Additional $100.00 on the annual ELITE warranty and does not include the maintenance kit.
