Prevent-13 Plus includes the basic Prevent-13 inspection. At the time of inspection critical parts are inspected cleaned and replaced as necessary. The intent of the program is to head off the ills that may plague your printer and interfere with its productivity.

The Prevent-13 Plus program ensures optimum print quality for the most demanding print jobs.

This program is designed to maximize printer utilization through a substantial reduction in the incidence of printer malfunctions. If your printer is critical to your day-to-day office operations you need the insurance that the Prevent-13 program provides.

Complete Computer & Printer Solutions field engineers are trained technicians dedicated to keep your printers operating at peak performance. This service prevents costly hidden printer repairs and unexpected down time.

Complete Computer & Printer Solutions will guarantee the performance of your printer for a period of one year after our initial preventive maintenance check-up.

Prevent-13 Plus includes the basic Prevent-13 inspection and service. You pay only the next $100.00 of any and all printer repairs during the next 12 months of the service contract. Beyond $100.00 your printer is fully insured for any problems, including all parts and labor.

The price for non-Canon based engines is an additional $100.00. The price for the HP-5000, HP4SI, 5SI and the 8000 series of printers is an additional $100.00 and excludes the scheduled maintenance kit.

Example: You purchase the Prevent-13 service and receive the full inspection and service of your printer. A few months later you need a repair to your DC power supply, normally costing $240.00. You only pay $100.00 for the service. Any and all repairs needed during the remainder of the contract are made at No charge to you.
